Virtual Home Therapy
A good option for non local residents or for clients who aren't quite ready to dip their toes in a hands off full scale design project but are comfortable with implementing the project and ordering products themselves.
How it works:
Zoom meeting to discuss

We create the design and you order the products - its that easy!
Top Coat: - 'Finishing Touches'
You know what you want but either don't have the time or are not sure how to go about it. We will restore a sense of harmony to both you and your home.
How it works:
2 hours consultation for homes up to 3000 sq. feet.
We do the shopping for you and have everything delivered directly.
Adding polish to your home to give it a pulled together designer esthetic.
Special Event Session:
Planning on entertaining or need your home pampered for a special occasion? If you are short on time or inclination leave it to us.
How it works:
Virtual or in person meeting to discuss the forthcoming event - outline the project specifics and budget.
We will put together a plan for the decor including all decorative items, fresh flowers, plants and accessories and will dress your house beautifully for the occasion,
$550 per room - 2-3 hour speed staging OR
$1750 per house - 1 day prepping and staging
Seasonal Decor:
Rejuvenate and refresh your home.. Too much to do and pinched for time, leave it to us. Don't stress, in no time at all we will get your house refreshed and decorated ready for the holidays or change in season.

Spring Fling:
For homeowners thinking about selling, but unsure about how to get your home 'market ready' before listing it or for realtors needing assistance with clients. We will explain everything you need to know and do before you put your house on the market.
How it works:
For the homeowner: In home pre move consultation - everything you need to know and do before you put your house on the market. Color and paint selection.
For realtors: New Listing and Open House Staging to Sell
1-2 hour consultation up to 3000 sq feet to review how to stream line the house - what to keep and what to eliminate, which rooms need some TLC, interiors and exterior paint selection, reorganization of furniture or adding a few updates and the best part is the 'honey do list' - a sure winner for getting it all done.
After: You will receive a report, resource list of local organizations, 'honey do' list and shopping list etc. or completely de stress and let us handle the shopping for you. Shopping service charged hourly at $100 per hour, 2 hour minimum.
Slim and Sculpt:
Planning on moving, renovating, down sizing or would just like to declutter your home for a blissful and harmonious space. Incorporation of Feng Shui and sustainable 'Green' living ideas where applicable to balance your home and bring calm and serenity.
How it works:
Meet face to face or virtually to discuss what you do/don't like about your space and what needs to go or could be relocated to another area to freshen everything up.
Complete Escape - 'True Bliss'
We are all hands on in your home! This is a completely 'hands off package' for those who are too busy or just no so inclined - leave all the details and organization to us. We ensure that that your home is thoroughly pampered from top to bottom.
This package covers everything from bathroom and kitchen remodeling, space planning, lighting, custom cabinetry, millwork, custom closets and organization, window treatments, reupholstery of furniture, flooring and tile selection, wallpaper, paint colour selection, soft furnishings, sourcing of antiques and furniture from the USA, UK Europe and Asia, .
How it works:
After the initial meeting or virtual consultation where we talk about the project, gather inspiration and establish the budget, sit back and relax. We will plan your space and develop the overall design concept with floor plans, space and lighting plans, renderings design boards and samples. We will present and execute the designs, manage the contractors, sub contractors, tradespeople and then handle the purchases, delivery of the goods and see the project through until completion.
